Persistent "Disconnected" Notification for Android Wear

Hi All -

I can't seem to get this notification to go away. I do not own the watch anymore, it's been returned. I've unsintalled the android app and that didn't do it. So I reinstalled in hopes of being able to remove the watch out of android wear and I don't see the option for that either. What am I doing wrong? Can someone help me?

Did you remove it from Bluetooth device list?
