Yes. If you can find one with a warranty, buy it. It's still one of the better Android phones out there and will continue to be for at least a year.
After that, it's whatever you want it to be. Count on people making adjustments so that the next 3 versions of Android will run on it in some form or another.
I plan on keeping mine alive until the battery is shot, then seeing if i can replace it myself so it lives for a couple more years after that.
