oneplus one + jabra rox + gear s3

First of all thank you in advance. I got the devices named in the thread title above. There is no apparent way to make a call and speak on my Jabra. Its either phone or gear s3. I read somewhere in these forums (sorry i cant find the thread) that there is a way to fix this using an app called Triggers. I am trying to solve this for two days now.. An answer would be depreciated.
