Chromebooks android apps using SD card storage

Hello, the article on Chromebooks was very informative. I was going to pick up a Samsung Plus this month until I read your article. One of my reasons for getting the Chromebook was to run Android apps but I need to use the SD card for extra storage. I guess as of right now you cannot do that. Do you think this is a major obstacle to over come? Will it take month or years to fix? Or do you know of a work around. I prefer not to store stuff in the cloud.

If you don't want to store stuff in the cloud then a Chromebook may not work for you.
