Okay so I just repaired my sd card in windows because my device didn't recognize it. After that, I mounted my SD Card in my device and it shows up as "RelativeLay". What does that mean?
(I googled it, but no result.)

You do a low level format? Always a good idea... retrieve any apps from manufacturer first though.

Lexar used to do that. Their very useful formatting tool was on the cards. It can format corrupted cards that Windows disk management can't touch. Been using it for 15 years.

Try this link, I'm not on the PC so can't see it. It has recovery options but should have formatting options including low level format if it's like the one I use:
    https://www.lexar.com/support/downloads/

This is a trusted source, the preferred site to download it from. It's on 3rd party sites.
