Has anyone had an issue where the select button for WIFI is shaded out and does not work?

Samsung S7 After a Network reset, unable to log back on to my WIFI. The connect button is shaded out. Suggested to do a factory reset and have the same issue. Is there a way to correct this problem?

Have you tried safe mode if its the same?
