Why does my s10 plus switch to internal storage when i set for sd card?

I find that my photos are always going into internal storage even after i specify to go to sd card. I've tried to reset phone settings but still does this.

Try going to camera settings choose sd card for location.

I've done that since the beginning. It jumps back to internal.

Hi, welcome!

Try clearing data,cache ,force stop the camera app by long pressing it and tap info scroll to storage and clear both and back out once force stop . Then see changing to sd card sticks

You might also want to try a different card. Maybe this card is corrupt.
