Welcome to Android Central! You're not even sure how to replace the current launcher with Nova? Start by tapping the Home button -- does it ask you to select an app to complete the action? If so, select Nova from the options, and tap the Always option.

Hello Mustang, I signed up and I am all set. Thank you

    Hello Diddy:
I have it loaded and can get to the main screens. I do not know how to get started in loading my apps. I must be certainly missing something. Should be easier than I am making it. I just need some very beginner instructions on how to get started. I even tried watching Youtube videos and still do not get the concept...

Thank you very much for your help

That's a good video to watch. There's no need to "load" your apps -- you just have to open your App Drawer and drag/drop the app icons to the homescreen to create shortcuts, just as you did with the stock launcher.
