My Alexa App won't open.

The Alexa App is installed on my phone, but when I try to open it it comes up with me having to sign in with Email address & password which I have had to do before.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Did it come with Alexa, or did you install it yourself from the Play Store or Amazon Appstore?

When you start Alexa for the first time, it most likely needs you to log into your Amazon account. Do you have one?

for a test, on your computer, go to alexa.amazon.com and enter your log in info there.
