Xiaomi mi9 no network settings options

phone did software upgrade now I cant connect to mobile network and the network settings page is greyed out, Vodafone say SIM is activated and working so is manufacturer issue?

Him you may need to go to settings and reset network settings. Or you could try to wipe the cache in recovery mode.
