My network is not connecting online games but when I turn on others network the game is connecting may I know what to do

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Do you mean your home wi-fi network isn't allowing you to connect to games? What other networks are you referring to? And is this only with certain games, or with anything that requires a web connection (like browsing the web, or using your email app)?

Sounds like the first network you mentioned may have games blocked. We had to do the same with our son when he was that age,
