Recording 1hr HD video with smaller file size on S7

[Android Central Question]

I was able to record over 1hr video in HD 1920 x 1080 with file size 565MB through YouTube app on my Samsung Galaxy 7 active, somehow my settings on the phone changed and now I can't record more than 33min as the file exceeds 4GB... Can anyone help me with this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you still recording using the YouTube app? Are you certain the previous videos you recorded were truly showing up as 1080p, or were they compressed down? Are these videos being saved as mp4, or some other format?
