Galaxy A10 - Touch screen chirps instead of beeping - Help required

Hi, My Wife's phone has been fine up to yesterday. She has just told me when you press any of the icons on the screen the noise should be a beep, however now it's a little chirp type noise. I have turned off and back on the sound and at that point it makes the correct beep, but after that it's back to a chirp. Can anyone please help me keep her happy?
