Over the past few months my phone had been using data at crazy rates on apps I don't use and didn't install. My neighbor is a hacker and all around weird dude. Is it possible he or someone else is monitoring or remote hacking my phone? I'll be honest I don't m ow very much about it but would love for someone to look at the screens I took.
