Can't print after V10 update!

[Android Central Question]

Galaxy A10 and Hp envy 5030 used to print fine using the hp print service add on but since the latest android update it doesn't. Message us the usual 'printer not currently available at this time' Tried resetting everything, router, printer ,phone, reinstalling printer service still no good. Wife's A10 is fine but she hadn't had the android update yet.

Possible a bug in the update.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be clear -- you are talking about a Samsung Galaxy A10, and not an LG V10, right? You typed V10 in your thread title.

Android now has very good native wireless printing, so see if you're able to print without using the HP Print Service plugin.
