I was using my phone and i turn it off to go home, I get home, turn it on and it just spams "One UI Home keeps stopping" and I have tried wiping the cache partition and wiping the cache and data of the app itself, all I see left is to factory reset but I have personal data I cannot lose so I am stuck on what to do. The phone is completely unusable and I can't access anything but settings

Welcome to Android Central. Thank you for creating an account it will help us communicate.

You seem to know or have done a bit of research because those are definitely items used to fix this issue. I found this article with a few more remedies that might help. I know you have the J7 but both are Samsung and deal with One UI so hopefully there is something hear you can use... https://thedroidguy.com/how-to-fix-u...xy-s10-1102157
