USB Debugging?

[Android Central Question]

Hello,
I have this issue with my Huawei P Smart 2019.
When I go to Developer Settings and turn on USB Debbuging, it asks me this thing like its only for developing purposes blah blah...

But when I exit Developer Settings and hop back, the USB Debbuging is off.
Help?

Did you turn it off before you exit?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you turning off Developer Settings as well, or are you leaving that menu active?
