Android Central Question

I have a 7" kids UjoyFeel tablet for my son. I am trying to download Disney+ but the system is outdated. In the settings there is no option to update it. How can I get around this to either update the device or to run Disney+ without updating it? I literally only got Disney+ because of this Tablet and now I can't even play it for him. I'm so frustrated.

You most likely won't be able to do it. I don't know what your finances are but I would just look for an inexpensive tablet to replace it.

As @Mike Dee said, you'll need to look for a device that WILL support Disney+. Even if you could get that device to update to a version of Android supported by Disney+ it probably won't last long as the service develops and the app updates.

That's a device I've never seen asked about here, likely a no-name device that could be had for super cheap when new but suffered from the lack of support all devices like that see. An additional side effect of the non-mainstream device is that it's not likely to be one that enterprising individuals will develop a version of the updated OS for.

While I understand budget may be a concern, I wouldn't buy a lower-end tablet running anything earlier than Pie (Android 9) right now.

I can confirm Disney + works as far back as Android 5.0 Lollipop, it's installed on my Note 3.

This has to be a really old tablet or so low spec it's not capable of running it.

Kindle Fire tablets are generally very cheap, and often go on sale for cheaper, and Disney+ is available on them, so keep those in mind.
