My volume down and power button are broken and don't click anymore, last time I checked the recovery mode is enabled using volume down in my phone, so I can't do the connect charger and hold volume down. Is there any other way I can get it turned on to recover data?

Welcome to Android Central! Repair of the buttons might not cost that much, so get a quote from your local cell repair shop for that as well.

Also, you could flood-clean them with alcohol. It may work.
