    Try resetting your message app by long pressing it then tap info , scroll to storage and clear it's data,cache and force stop it .

    Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier are you on? Does this persist after a reboot?

    You might also try the Reset Network Settings option. http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mo...ttings-galaxy/
