[Android Central Question]

It seems something has changed on my android moto e6. When I want to send a text message instead of translating my voice to text it prompts me to hold down the microphone button and record a voice message. How can I get back the original voice to text function. The point of texting is send private discrete messages that no one else can hear, like during meetings or in public settings,

You referring to messages, you need to pull up the keyboard for text to voice as that has another mic.
