    This started happening recently. I can't download any image since the download icon that used to pop up by long pressuring the pics no longer works for some reason. I've done things like restarting my phone, clearing Google app data/cache. It's really bugging me out now since I have to go to chrome whenever I want to download an image.

    Welcome to Android Central! You need to add the image as a Favorite Image, then go to your Favorite Images, select it there, then long-press it.

    It might be easier to use Chrome instead.
