No.

In the meantime the answer is there in the title. You have an LG device. Not sure what the D is but MS is Mobile Security. Client just means it's an app or interface. And ATT is short for AT&T, can't use symbols in app names.

I hope one day they take away the ability for users to see this information or Android starts labeling apps in a way that is clear.

Welcome to Android Central! It has to do with system updates and mobile device management, most likely with how AT&T manages pushing system updates to the phone over-the-air: https://www.stigviewer.com/stig/lg_android_6.x/2016-05-05/finding/V-66861. (BTW, @VidJunky, in this case, I think DMS means Device Management Service or Download Management Service.)

Try not to assume everything you don't recognize is something malicious -- that'll just cause unnecessary anxiety. Is the phone behaving in some way that makes you worried you've been "hacked"?

Quite possible. Everything I found for LG MS was Mobile Security but I was unable to identify the D. (Not meant the way it sounds) Either way, it's a normal function of the device and again we're back to being hacked... I'm beginning to wonder...
