LG Stylo 6 Camera not playing well with RSA Token App.

[Android Central Question]

I purchased an LG Stylo 6. Still getting used to the features, but one problem I'm having is that the RSA Token app, which I need for work to generate a token, will not display anything to scan when I try and get a new token from my company.

I select Import Token, then Scan QR code...and instead of getting a display that I can scan a token for, I get a grey background with a white box in the 'aligh the QR token code within frame'. I've given RSA Token app permissions to access camera....and deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times.

I am thinking it may have something to do with the three cameras in the phone...maybe it defaults to one camera that I haven't figured out how to handle this with yet.

I am hoping someone has the 'OH YEAH...THAT IS IT!' fix I am looking for and it's painfully easy to fix.

I'm running Android 10 on it as well, if that helps.

You may get lucky here, but you are more likely better off contacting the developer directly for something like this.
