I'm thinking of going to a S20+ from a S9+.

I'm cheap. Samsung is offering a $400 trade-in on my S9+. Or, I could wait until Black Friday, when Samsung might discount the S20+ by $200. That's what they did last year, I'm told. But I'm guessing the trade-in value of my phone will drop by then. What should I do?

Seems like you want it now , I would just do the trade in and enjoy the new phone .
