What spyware do I have? Please HELP.

Hi! I've searched quite a bit and couldn't find any response.
I have a Huawei BND-L24(honor 7x) which I suspect has been pre-hacked since I obtained it, and, this time, randomly around 1 time a day, my phone, turns off, and, doesn't turn on. I click the power on button 3-5 times, and camera shutter sounds, and I get a light purplish-pink screen with some letters on top,(couldn't read what it says)and under that, letters saying: rut, and some numbers.

it stays like that only 1-2 seconds, and the phone goes back to normal.

I know I am hacked,
but the thing is, I have factory data reset the phone before, and the same person hacks me. my question is: does anyone know what spyware I could have? I cannot reinstall the operating system as Huawei does not give bootloader codes... so I'm stuck like this, and am trying to eliminate it on my own.
any tips?

ps: the phone is 100% spyware and, I think it is on the hardware...

Welcome to Android Central! Why does this mean your phone is hacked? It's much more likely that some app is malfunctioning and causing your phone to crash. Try using it in Safe Mode for a day and see if the problem happens again: https://safemodewiki.com/how-to-enable-safe-mode-on-huawei-honor-7x/. If it doesn't, then you know that something you installed is causing the problem. You'd have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

Getting truly "hacked" in the Mr. Robot sense is very rare, unless you do stupid things like install apps from shady app sources (typically "free" or cracked apks of paid games, aka "stealing") or visit shady sites (like porn, gambling, "free" movie/music download sites -- also aka "stealing").

Nope don't sound hacked , sounds like your phone acting up..
