Help identifying an icon, it's an incomplete heart shaped icon with 3(+)'s signs to the right of it.

My guy ,sent me a screen shot of his phone with that on it.
Can´t find the name of the app, want to know it it´s a dating app, before I buy throw him a mini surprise party and make a fool of myself.
