The top of my original SPen popped off while I was only holding my pen. I was not even touching the top!! but I got a new pen bought from an official Samsung shop. Will the warranty on my phone be void?

    I agree shouldn't be a issue.

S-Pens are a replaceable accessory, they are known to fail and require replacement themselves. They aren't an individually branded part of the phone itself. I know a couple of folks who use multiple S-Pens with their Notes, because they keep misplacing them. I made an accidental drop one night, in the hospital, the S-Pen popped out and snapped when it was partially ejected, breaking in two pieces. Stuff happens, and it's a user replaceable part.

Also, the newer generations have an internal battery that can wear out, and needs the entire S-Pen be replaced.
