huawei y6 frozen on software install failed!

[Android Central Question]

this phone froze on this screen yesterday and we cant use it at all. I have tried numerous times to reboot the phone and ive now downloaded HiSuite onto laptop but it says device not connected. is there a simple way to get this phone useable again or is it a major tech thing that is out of my depth? thanks

Can you get to recovery to factory reset?
