    I spoke with customer service, she took all my information and said my phone was unlocked (I want to sell it) We needed to perform the last step but the battery was dying. She said to go into device unlock and follow instructions, all I see is Force Stop ,Disable and Clear Cache and Clear Data. Am I at the wrong place to perform what is needed?

    Should be device unlock app and tap permanently unlock
