Need help with retrieving info from closed sprint acct

is there anyone out there that can help me get imei# from my closed acct at sprint. We moved over to att and customer service doesn't want to help us. Any help is greatly appreciated

If Sprint won't give it to how can we get it? The IMEI number belongs to your device so I'm not sure what you really need. Let's start with what is it that you can't do or are trying to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Why do you need the IMEI number? Did you bring the phone you were using on Sprint over to AT&T? If so, you can find the IMEI of that device in your Settings>About Phone menu. If you sold the previous phone you had on Sprint to someone else, then you could try contact that person and ask them to read the IMEI to you, but that might be challenging if that person knows that IMEI should be kept private.
