S10e with Broken Screen, is it possible to BACKUP DATA?

Tried SmartSwitch but that requires you to press ALLOW which cant be done as screen is bust

If you could, what would stop someone from stealing your phone and grabbing your data? This is a security feature, and why backup of important data on an ongoing basis is important (or just not keeping critical data on your device at all).
