My sumsung tabE screen is hibernating badgeprovider since a day ago why

[Android Central Question]

The screen shows 8/10 apps and does not move at all.I can receive calls massages,emails but can not answer them screen can not swipe cannot switch off would you plz assist me

Welcome to Android Central! Where are you seeing that BadgeProvider is hibernated? What screen shows 8/10 apps, and what does it show them doing? How are you receiving calls on a tablet -- is it linked to your phone?
