What should I do to the TAB S6 S-Pen, if I rarely use it

As the question stated, I rarely use S-Pen. It usually store in the case beside the tablet, but not attached to the charger pad. I may need the pen's battery feature only once a month for presentation control only.

What should I do between :

Option 1 : Keep it charged and never let it's battery reach 0% --> That should be twice daily.

Option 2 : Let the battery completely drained and only recharge it when I need to use air action or remote function.

>> Option 2 is more convenien, but I worried about battery health. I don't sure which is better
