Can I reset my Phone without the Samsung account?

Can anyone answer please, I have a problem with my Samsung A30, I forgot my password in the account that I created, and I also cannot open that email address that i've put there, is there a possibility to reset my phone without the Email address that was logged in to my phone?

You forgotten both passwords you won't get in the phone .
