Just finished Samsung updated on my Note 9. Now I can turn on the phone.

Got message to update security program this morning. I clicked.
It completed and restarted. But now I can't turn on my phone.
Any advice?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by "security program"? Are you talking about an official system update pushed over-the-air by Samsung, or was this some security app update?

Try pressing and holding Power and Vol Down for about 20 seconds. Then wait a few seconds, and then press and hold Power for another 20 seconds. Anything happen?
