Why is my samsung ace4 turned off suddenly?

When I turned it on again it says that device memory damage.

It's entirely possible the internal memory IS damaged, that device is 6 years old.

In all honesty - the device runs a very old version of Android that will quickly lose support for apps that you might use. I'd just replace it with any of the many inexpensive devices that are on the market right now as those are surely better than the one that has now failed.

There are lot good options out there in midrange phones if you don't want spend a lot of money
