Android Central Question

I had to factory reset my 10+ so I transferred everything over to my old 9+. Now I am trying to transfer back but the secure folder keypad on 9+ is numerical only and my passcode on 10+ was a combo of numbers and letters. I can't open to allow transfer. How do I get the keypad to accept a letter? I keep locking up the phone trying.

Welcome to Android Central! I don't have intimate knowledge of Samsung's Secure Folder feature, but I would bet that you can't transfer the Secure Folder data from one device to the other, since that would require transferring the encryption key as well. @mustang7757, do you know anything about this?

How did you do the transfer over ?

If you had secure folder backup to your samsung account all u had to do once in the new device is enter same samsung account and hit restore .
