I have a Moto Z2 Force and it's stuck in a loop. It starts to turn on, makes it through the first blue screen, but when it changes to the next screen in the startup images that flash by, it turns off again. A second later it tries to turn on again and repeats the same cycle over and over. I can hold the power+volume down to open the bootloader, but starting it from there leads to the same result. I can end the cycle by turning it completely off from the bootloader, but when I try to turn it on the cycle starts again. I haven't cracked my phone or edited it in any way. It was working completely fine before this. It is fully charged. I'm at a loss and would like to avoid a factory reset. Any ideas? Thanks for your time!

Could be failing battery , but can you get into recovery to do a factory reset ? Or maybe try flash stock firmware again.

    Failing or faulty hardware perhaps.

Or corrupted ROM. I'd try holding the power button down until it vibrates first - whether that works or not, it doesn't change anything.

Next would be reflashing the ROM*. If that works, it was a corrupted ROM or app.

Only if that doesn't work would I suspect hardware.
