Since the T-Mobile purchase of Sprint was completed, all Sprint phones are able to access all T-Mobile bands.

So theoretically the Sprint phone should work fine on T-Mobile whether or not it has been SIM unlocked.

If you are already subscribed to T-Mobile, I'd call the T-Mobile customer service and work with them on getting the phone provisioned correctly.

If you are not a current T-Mobile subscriber, I would vist a T-Mobile store with your phone, and talk to a T-Mobile Rep about getting your Sprint S10 on a new T-Mobile account.
