Hello,
I'd be very grateful for some help.
I need to buy a new phone, but the problem is, I'm 4'10" and have really, really small hands. My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini and measures altogether 5" x 2.4" x 0.35" (12.5cm x 61cm x 0.9cm), with a 4.3" screen. This is the perfect size for my hands. I do a lot of creative writing on my phone, so I need one that fits my hands well, or I can't type quickly.
Looking at lists of so-called compact phones, most of them measure 5.7" or so, which is huge! The only one I've found that would be at all suitable is the Apple iPhone SE, which is enormously expensive.
The last time I bought a phone was nearly 5 years ago, so I know they'll be more expensive now due to inflation (5 years ago, mine cost about £120), but can anyone suggest anything? I really can't afford to pay much more than £200 maximum, and I'd rather buy one outright than be on a plan, because I can't be sure if I would be able to keep up my payments from month to month.
I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks so much for reading.
