Android Central Question

I like to change my text tone to match the holiday's. Example turkey gobble. I know I can't change them per contact that's not the issue here. I go to change the sound, it takes me to Zedge and when I "set notification" it doesn't change it. It only changes it for incoming notifications from certain apps. I had a bunch of sounds downloaded and now the list of sounds is no longer there. I need help. What the heck did Samsung do with the tone list and how do I get it back?

Zedge saves its tones in either a zedge folder in your file explorer or under the android data folder under zedge. I move my tones to ringtone or notifications folder on the phone so that I can find the tone I want to use. Then it should pick up in the default picker.
