I favor Pixel phones, but they've never been known for big internal storage. OnePlus would probably be the best overall choice, either the current OnePlus 8 lineup or the slightly older 7T. Excellent specs and build, and they're quite good with updates.

Pixel 5 comes with 128 GB, which would be plenty for me -- but if you're looking for 256 or 512 GB, gotta look elsewhere.

One plus 8 pro would be a solid choice. I owned one briefly and it was solid. Issue for me is that I unfortunately have a samsung note fettish.

You're in Canada, I'm assuming? Which carrier are you with? I am with Rogers. Be sure that if you do go with a OnePlus phone, that OnePlus' frequency bands match with your carrier's. I've had to forgeo purchasing some devices because they did not work well/match with Roger's bands.

Awesome! Look up the corresponding bands for Bell and the bands that the OnePlus 8T has, and see if they are compatible. Keep us posted!

Good choice. But any reason why you didn't purchase from OnePlus directly? Reason I ask is in relation to warranty. Since my research concluded OnePlus doesn't warrant devices purchased from third parties.

That's so awesome! Happy Phone Day! And that's a great price too! Let us know how you like it, and when you get it!

Well the price would have been around $1150 with tax. I needed more than $50 for screen protector and a case. I talked to them that I found a cheaper one on eBay, he sure never mentioned anything about not having warranty. He said they prefer that customers but from them or Amazon.

Been using the 8T for a week now and its growing on me, wasn't to impressed at first but i guess my expectations were pretty high coming from the OnePlus 7pro.
Its a very nice phone and i know ill like it.
Its quite a bit lighter than the 7pro.
Feels better in the hands as well.
But the screen on the 7pro cant be beaten.

For extra storage I believe you can use an OTG cable to use with thumb drives for extra storage for video and pics if needed.
