How to set Smart Manager to No Sound or Vibrate?

On my TCL Phone running Android Version vG8H:
Select SETTINGS, APPS & NOTIFICATIONS, VIEW ALL APPS, SHOW SYSTEM (three dots in upper right corner), scroll and select SMART MANAGER. On Smart Manager select APP NOTIFICATIONS, then select IMPORTANCE, then select LOW (or the setting you want), go back to the SMART MANAGER PAGE (back arrow twice), select SUPER MODE then IMPORTANCE, then select LOW (or the setting you want.) You are done!
