Android Central Question

I just bought a note 20 Ultra. I transfered my music onto my phone using Synchtunes. The music is on my internal. But when I go to My Files. Pick music ,select edit, select all, I do not have an option to move to my formated SD card. All I get is to move to secure folder.
Any suggestions?

Just making an assumption but going by your description, it might be a matter where you just need to careful what folders you're copying your files into. Starting with Android 10, Google started implementing 'Scoped Storage'. This forces restrictions on user access to their microSD cards by only allowing apps access to their own specified folders residing on the card.

In this matter, there may be a folder set up just for SyncTunes, or a generic, default 'Music' folder on your microSD card.

Welcome to Android Central! Also, check the SyncTunes app settings to see if there's an option to select where music should be stored (Internal Storage vs SD card).
