How to exit fastboot and rescue mood when your power button is not working?

[Android Central Question]

I tried almost everything to turn on my phone, sadly the power button is not working. I tried opening it using the volume down button and it is a mistake since I didn't connect it to my PC. Now, my phone is stuck on fastboot and rescue mood. I tried to connect it to my PC but the "USB device is not recognized" appeared. Now, I'm lost. What should I do to fix it?
