    I have this notification icon appear and I don’t know what app it is from? It’s like a multi coloured flower.

    The easiest and best way to find out what a notification icon is, is to pull down the notification shade, find and tap the icon. It should open an app or provide more information about why the icon has appeared.

    If you cannot do this, my next suggestion is to ask the owner of the phone what the icon is.
