I can't add my email account to the app and it always says there's an error.

The email I want to add is my school account which is m-xxxxxxx@moe-dl.edu.my and I can't add it help me T^T

What app? Have you checked with your school to find out if there are any prerequisites to adding your email to your phone? Do they have a help page with the settings and server information that you need to use when adding it?
