I have the Halloween theme song saved in my You Tube library. How do I make that song my alarm tone?

You need to get the sound out of the YouTube system and into the Android system, which technically may be violating some user agreements and/or copyrights.

I do it this way with my legally owned music:
    - Save the sound from YouTube to your computer as an MP3 file.
    - Edit/cut/trim the file to be the desired length/content.
    - Using a USB cable, copy the MP3 file to the phone into the /Alarms folder.
    - On the phone, select the new MP3 as your alarm.

There is also the "/Notifications" and "/Ringtones" folders for the respective uses.
