Hi. I am the Trusted Member Team Leader. Along with what James Falconer said in his post that @me just saying linked to, what I look for is an established post history, usually about 750 posts. Someone representing the community in all of their posts. And as there are many members on this forum, simply someone letting us know about a member going above and beyond helps a lot.
